From the Levante region (eastern Spain). Preferred variety in PDOs Utiel-Requena,
Manchuela, Riber del Júcar and Valencia. Small and compact clusters. Medium-late
ripening. It produces dense and complex wines with aromas of black fruit and flowers. It is potent and balanced on the palate.

Also called: Aprovechón, Requena, Moravia.

It is highly fertile and ripens early. It is ideal for naturally balancing the acidity found in other varieties. Variety: 100% Tempranillo. Production: Destemming and cold maceration for 4 days. Alcoholic fermentation and subsequent maceration for 15 days with temperature control limited to 28ºC. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in new French oak barrels. Ageing: 18 months in the same French oak barrels in which the malolactic fermentation process has taken place. The malolactic fermentation was carried out in new French oak barrels. Ageing: 12 months in new French oak barrels. Appearance: Cherry red color with edges or violet edge. Nose: Deep, with fresh and fruity aroma.. Palate: Powerful and balanced with an elegant and persistent end Alcohol content: 14,5º Recommendation: Consume at a temperature of 18ºC.
